Cloverland Electric Cooperative has contracted with Osmose Utilities Service for 2020 utility pole testing. Osmose will visually inspect poles for damage, sound test them for decay, and complete boring tests. Poles that do not pass inspection are marked for replacement. Pole testing will be conducted in Manistique Lakes, Newberry, Keldon, and East Pickford.
During the testing process, Osmose Utilities will be using Cloverland’s Utility right-of-way and various access points to the power line.
