Cloverland members will have to wait until next spring at the earliest for the decision from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) as to how much Cloverland is going to pay for the 2014-15 operating costs for the Presque Isle Power Plant in Marquette. Two of the five commissioners have left the commission and one has recused them self from our case. The new President will have to appoint two new commissioners who then have to be confirmed by the Senate. That is not expected to happen until late next spring at the earliest. Stay tuned . . .
